I'M up from bed and ready for the day. I step into the bathroom to brush and as I look into the mirror I'm horrified at what I'm seeing, staring right back at me are two dull eyes, ridiculous eye bags and I hate the extra skin under my eyes. What do I do to get rid of these bags I wonder, and i have an important meeting to attend. No cream, no drugs, no oil, and then I remember I got cucumber in my fridge, I once read in an article that cucumber helps to reduce eye bags and so I cut two slices and placed them on my eyes for like 20 minutes and when I was done I stared into the mirror and the bags were gone, my eyes felt relaxed and bright.

Rather than go for very expensive creams, drugs or oil, you can get all you need to be beautiful from our natural fruits and vegetables if you'll just invest in eating healthy and using this vegetables to create that beautiful you.

There are different types of skin which come with their varying challenges and so to maintain that perfect skin type one needs to know the kinds of fruits and vegetables that give you that desired result. PEANUT
It might sound funny for those who don't eat peanut because  of pimples, studies have shown that peanut helps to nourish and fortify the skin. PEANUT is actually a subterranean fruit and they contain the essential nutrients needed for a glowing skin. 



CARROT:
Carrot are high in vitamin C and eating carrot as a snack or in your salad helps to protect and improve your skin. They are high in beta carotene and it's end result is vit A which the body needs for a healthy skin.
 


CUCUMBER:
Cucumber is one of the most nutritious fruits on the surface of the earth and it is a multipurpose fruit and vegetable. Cucumber cleanses and beautifies the skin. Eating one cucumber is like drinking a glass cup of water because 96% of its weight is water. Cucumber has a great biological value and it possess healing powers which enriches the skin and restores that glow. It's also cleanses your blood streams.


TOMATOES:
tomatoes contain antioxidants that help maintain smooth skin. in cases of pimples, tomatoes are essential for facial masks as they dry out the pimples make that area tighter and smoother. 



MANGO:
Mango is also very essential for a beautiful skin. Mango helps to nourish and maintain a healthy skin. Mango contributes to proper skin hydration and tone. For cases of skin dryness, eczema etc mango is an appropriate fruit to be eaten.



APPLE:
Aside it's numerous health benefits, adding squashed apples to your face masks keeps your skin feeling refreshed and nourished, because it contains vitamin A and C , this makes your skin look lustrous. 



PAWPAW:
This fruit is very good for the skin because of the amount of vitamin A in it, it keeps your skin soft and makes it shiny. 

When next an eye bag appears or a little pimple, think fruits and vegetables, you can never go wrong with them. Stay healthy, stay BEAUTIFUL.
